I went through a light Alan Moore phase, and found his Captain Britain intriguing. While Mad Jim Jaspers was indeed one of the most menacing villain, aesthetically I don't know if I want a figure, maybe another time when the right buck comes along. Instead, I chose The Fury. The bizarre bio-techno- organic creature has this chilling atmosphere to it, it feels like the T-1000, just a killing machine. The Fury is molded by using a Bat creature, trimmed the limbs as desired. The cannon comes from an NBA Heroes basketball shooting arm, plus a bunch of lightsaber hilts and gashapon guns to soup it up. Gave it some silver parts here and there, and purposely made the should a bit more gummy. Overall I am pretty satisfied with the way it looks. My own nitpick is I couldn't find a way to make his ankle pivot but that takes engineering beyond the tools/skills I have. ![]() |

I love the Alan Moore run on Captain Britain and I keep meaning to have a go at making a Fury figure.
It's not a simple figure to put together as there just isn't any bucks you can easily use - I can see just how much work you've put into this - brilliant!
