Genetically altered Cobra DNA spliced with Various other mutated genes created the template for a Loyal Monstrous Cobra Snake Mindbender went one further on its design and incorporated Overkill's Technology. Now the Joe's dare not enter Serpentors Lair unannounced without the wrath of its protector!!!
Used a Halo Figure as the base figure used a Spiderman Cheapo Vulture for Hands and Feet rest is Random Bits from Joes and Gundams
