Cyber ​​Sub-Zero

This change happens when Sub-Zero is about to defeat Scorpion in the Kahn's Colliseum, but at that moment Sektor and Cyrax appear with several cyborgs, and they capture Sub-Zero after having failed with Smoke, thus giving a total turn with respect to to the original historical line of the game.
During the invasion of Shao Kahn to Earthrealm, Sub-Zero appears in its automated form as Cyber ​​Sub-Zero. He attacks Kabal, but is defeated. At the request of Smoke, he is taken to Jax and Sonya to reprogram him to fight by his side. He swears allegiance to them and goes to Outworld to spy on Shao Kahn

He is associated with Sektor, who informs him that his programming is offline and then attacks. Then Cyber ​​Sub-Zero defeats Sektor. Then he searches the memory banks of Sektor, and manages to discover the location of Kano, Kintaro and Goro.

He finds Kano, Kintaro and Goro torturing soldiers, then freezes them and allows the soldiers to escape. Soon it follows a hard battle to him against Kintaro and Goro of which once again it leaves victorious. Moments later Ermac makes his appearance for what is coming a battle imminent. Both warriors fight in duel resulting Cyber ​​Sub-Zero victorious, at the end of the fight he meets the soldiers who ask him what his next goal will be, he replies that he goes to the cemetery in search of Quan Chi. The soldiers wish him good luck, one of them ironically said he did not need it.

In the cemetery Quan Chi was summoning a spell to create a massive Soldier, he suddenly detected the presence of the Cyber ​​Sub-Zero and Quan Chi sent Noob Saibot to liquidate him. In the lead up to the battle, Noob Saibot reveals to the cyberninja that it was his older brother who was killed long ago. As expected Noob Saibot renounces any sentimental link with him, then fight in combat of which Cyber ​​Sub-Zero is victorious and affirming with resignation that both were no longer brothers.

Soon after he joined Raiden as one of the defenders of Earthrealm, Cyber ​​Sub-Zero reports with the God of Thunder which leaves the command of Nightwolf. Moments later the warriors of Earthrealm are ambushed by the Cyborgs of the Lin Kuei: Cyrax and Sektor but are defeated by Nightwolf. During the hard battle against Sindel, he along with most of Earthrealm's warriors are killed. Later he is resurrected by Quan Chi as his servant in Netherrealm.
