Here it is Baxter Stockman, rearticulated. While I saw a few episodes of the 2003 series back in it's day, I didn't remember Baxter. When I was asked to do this I was shocked he was so different! I was asked to articulate it, and so I used Marvel Legends Beast arms and power rangers villain legs, that although slightly different fitted perfectly with the character. Gave him two weapons of a KO Transformers and voilá. The hardest part was sanding the original biceps, extracting the arms without damaging the shoulder pads.
