Hi guys, this is one of my odd customs.... One of those characters that I would like to see in toy form.
This is Watchdog Soldier in the pages of Captain America.
Used a Green Lantern base shortened him a little bit also used a head
From McFarland figures.
I hope you guys liked him thanks WB.
