I have been wanting to make this figure for over a year, but circumstances prevented me from getting around to it. This is Star Power, the main character of my favorite webcomic, the brainchild of Michael Terracciano and Garth Graham. She was made from a Marvel Legends White Tiger with the head from Nico Minoru. Her hair and other minor detailing on the costume is made from apoxie sculpt, but the elegant simplicity of the costume was a fairly simple paint job (though it was quite a task keeping those lines clean.) I would also recommend checking the comic out, it's awesome.
