This is my Skeletor. He was crafted from a Black Panther wave Namor figure along with the head of a Ghost Rider with a sculpted hood. The armor is from the 200x Skeletor. The Staff was made from scratch.

He includes an alternate Keldor head and as a throwback for the really old school fans, he has a Terror Claw hand as well.

Really great work. Love that hooded head. And that’s a great use of the old McFarlane Dawn sword and skull!
