I don't have a lot of experience when it comes to customizing obviously, given that this is my second ever one, so this was the first figure I actually bought specifically to modify so I was very cautious about not making it worse than the figures previous state. Sculpted the chest piece, belt, and parts of the helmet with milliput and sanded it down with fine sandpaper for extra smoothness. Originally I base coated the whole figure with flat black, drybrushed with white, then went over with red, but I was unsatisfied with the paintjob given that the red was too bright and orange looking for my taste, so later I mixed the red with black and painted it over most of the body then drybrushed it with the original red which looks so much better. Afterwards I gave most of the body a coating of Vallejo matt varnish and I used Testors model master paint for this project.
