I took the Total Heroes Steel that is pretty close to his original comic design, shaved the S symbol off and did a new plastic one out a Pringles lid, new shoulder covers came from the same plastic. Added the forearm fins from an old Legends of Batman arm missile accessories. The bat ears came from that same old Batman. The new cape was made out of EVA foam. Also took a random battle Axe and added a small bat head to its top.
