This is my take on Kid Kidlat -Pinoy's take on the Flash. He's a speedster and a member of the Filipino Heroes League from the same comic name. He has this cool and very Filipino look, mainly because of the "tsinelas" and the modified KKK flagshirt, which made me very excited to do a custom of. Couldn't find a 1:12 scale of a "Padyak" which is his main vehicle so I gave it a bicycle instead just so I could mimic one of his poses in the comic book.
