So I started with the Neca predator 2 trophy case. Took years to eventually get all the skulls, well, really just waiting on that last one, but I got it! Then I bought a “ubiquitous” diorama set and painstakingly built it to wrap around the sides and out in front of the trophy case to be the lighting and floor to the ship. The panels, ceiling, and inner ring of the ship were made mostly from cardboard and a 3D pen. If you customizers have never used one, my friends they are essential. Painted the floor to match the interior of the trophy case. Built everything above the top skull inside the case to match the existing piece. It was an incredible pain in the butt at times, but I had a vision and ran with it.
