I scraped off the KC emblem with an exacto and dropped a Fleischer style S on and went to work shortening the cape. Initially I was going to do a “U” shaped cape but figured I’d work with the folds in the cape to break into layers. I don’t show the cape off much in these new photos but it looks pretty cool cut that way.

Both. It's a decal and I made it myself. I used to tuck a few in to the scrap ends of vinyl at a sign shop I worked at AGES ago. Little piece here. Little piece there. Drawn in illustrator, cut in composer, made in America. Thanks FastSigns.
