Boli & pop the head & hands off. Remove the gun belt. Apoxie Sculpt to make the collar. Paint in movie colors, apply base coat. When dry add s sealer then add a slightly darker “wash”. Add wash to pants, boots & gloves. Add gloves to boiling water & pop back into place. I used a The Dark Knight Harvey Dent head with a gray wash over the hair.
