Maggot has two giant psychicly-linked techno-organic extraterrestrial independently-autonomous slug-like creatures living inside him that can consume any kind of matter, all to provide their living host with sustenance and super powers.

Also, the slugs can exit his body at will in what I can only imagine is the most disgusting display of exo-penetration you will ever see before you die gagging.

I never thought I'd say this, but mercifully the custom itself is very well made, and is a very, very, normal-looking character, as normal as a blue-skinned muscular hulking humanoid can look in a fabric trenchcoat anyway. The odd basic color palette is probably a faithful recreation of the limited color palette comics had at the time. Charkasian shares the technique for painting the fabric coat:

"I use Game Color paints. First, I paint the darkest color, adjusting the creases, then drying, and finally I paint the coat shades."

A straightforward job, the paint sets the creases permanently once it dries so you can "sculpt" it to drape the way you want. The freaky sculpted slugs, named Eany and Meany, can be seen peeking over Maggot's shoulder. Don't ask where their other ends are. Don't ask, Please stop asking! Ugh!
