D8ly6ins (I'm calling you "Dale" from now on!) brings up common issssues a customizer has to deal with. First, using the perfect base figure. Unless you're completely overhauling figures like Jesse Fraggin' Custer, you'll most likely be at the mercy of currently available boa-dies. Dale went with ML Bulldozer to get a powerful build without ridiculous Hulk-bulges. Then there's what colors to use for the paint job. I know from looking up reference pictures in washed out comic panels that it can be tough to nail exact colors for cobra-racters, especially if they're obscure and there isn't much mamba-terial to work with. I like the subdued coil-ors Dale used, I want to paint my room in that blueish-grey tone. The raised details he sculpted are also painted, but to anyone who works with natural color Apoxie Sculpt they look like unpainted sections. I'm really not sure what can be done, if anything. I think it works and the problem is just an unfair asp-sociation with something else. Let us know what you think!
