The smug intangible muckraker, Ian Peek, was the furthest character from my mind when browsing the entries, but there he is in all his matter-phasing glory. Cookiin is no stranger to Batman Beyond customs and continues to impress.

The recent transparent Marvel Legends Vision figure is a good place to start if you're making a see-through character, might even work for a Blight! Wiping off all the white paint with acetone is a challenge all of its own, but Cookiin did it without melting the figure.

I'll point out that Ian Peek didn't walk around naked like this, he wore a suit at all times, but sculpting clothes would cover the clear effect. We'll just pretend this is from his appearance in a 2-hawt-4-tv episode of Batman Beyond lol

The sunspot effects are just right, they're scattered without being messy. The whole figure also glows in the dark!
