You know how weird and gross it feels to touch your own eyeball? The only thing worse is touching someone else's eyeball, how would you ever build the nerve to even touch Eye Guy? If you punch him you gotta touch him, if you arrest him you gotta touch him, the only reasonable thing left to do is combine your team's cosmic weapons and whack him right in the cornea in a disgusting and totally justified eye-gouging finale to his terrifying reign of...staring at you, I guess.
