I didn't recognize a single part on this fig, which is a sign that Iron Will has an eye for design or I need to catch up on a few years' worth of toy news (it's both).

It's a dirty gritty gem with that drybrushed paintjob and can even be considered a direct upgrade to the Toy Biz Marvel Legends Deathlok we got an age ago. He even ganked that fig's pack and gun so it knows who's boss.

There has never been a custom made with this combination of parts, but after seeing this don't be surprised to see it pop up more often.
