Does anyone have a headcast (or an original?) of the DC Universe DOCTOR FATE figure I could buy?

I have a question about feedback on trades. Do you still give feedback if your just buying from someone? On one hand, it's a purchase and not a trade. On the other hand, it's a trade for money.

Any thoughts? I just don't want to not give someone feedback when I should have.
