I know Spider-Man is supposed to be wisecracking but in this he just seems cocky

I was just happy to see animation that was not so halfa$$ed but fine and detailed and the good guy actually punched badguys. I was stoked to see this version I was a fan of the original as a kid and I'm a fan as an adult still I can't wait for the new figures to come out now.

I completely second that on both accounts. Never watched the original cartoon, but liked the update. As for MOTU I will forever await a 3rd season and beyond, that I will never have.

I thought it was fantastic! I just hope it doesn't get cancelled too soon like the MOTU remake.

awesome list. I forgot to mention the phantasy star game characters (will include 4 even though I have not played it) 1-4 and the tenchu characters, still I have not played past the 1st game (ninjas rule), ryu from ninja gaiden's from nes, contra twins. I like master chief, kratos and the heroine from heavenly sword (not played it either), but they are nice and not as high up the totem. Also have to include the turtles and battle toads (I liked TMNT cartoon, but the figs and games were cooler).

will be adding more, can't help it. also why no game of cap n. or put him in smash bros (even mega man and others if possible).

This game is great. I love how hard it is.

And it's really a mixture of Dead Rising and L4D2. Although it is way harder than both.

I want this game or at least to play it. It looks like a fun zombie killing good time .
Yo is it kinda like dead rising 1&2 the play style of those?
I gotta know because it's all sold out here at the walmarts in Hawaii. I think game stop may have it in stock but I never get up early enough to go there damn night job got me working the from dusk till dawn type of hours.
But any input on this game will help thanks ahead of time.

CHARACTER PORTRAYAL / SCENE STAGING

The movie Batman has entire (silly-looking) scenes where he is chatting it up with Commissioner Gordon on a rooftop (or whatever), instead of just being the MINIMALIST character that he SHOULD be.

THE BATMAN’S METHOD OF OPERATION

I think that screenwriters and filmmakers who depict the Batman as overly high-tech while he is out on the streets (wearing Kevlar armor, using digital laser-guided weapons, driving a darn Sherman Tank, etc.) completely miss the point about how this character really functions as a dual crime fighter: In effect, he is an ominous (no-tech) warrior on the streets / and a high-tech detective in the cave of operations.

Out on the street, The Batman is more about his (no-tech) “gimmick” of being spooky and gothic… an apparition… a shadowy night avenger who may or may not be human and keeps a VERY low-profile. He’s the “urban legend” hero who most Gothamites have never gotten a look at, and wonder if he even truly exists. Only a few know bet ...

THE BATMAN’S COSTUME

For me, I have always found something so pure, clean, and basic about The Batman (and Robin's) classic comic book costumes. The outfits have always beautifully reflected the gothic, swash-buckling heroism, vivid color and extreme circumstance of the comic book world of Gotham City.

In five months, with Anti-Venom as the presumed daddy, I fear you're going to have 400 mantis hybrid horrors--I'd stock up on shotgun shells if I were you. In all seriousness, that is a weird spot to lay a clutch of eggs, although, to an insect's eyes, I suppose an action figure doesn't register as anything unusual in its environment.

Hahaha, that's funny man, you gotta wonder, why chose there to lay your eggs??, maybe a name change is in order, Henrietta?. Grats though on nearly becoming a grand parent .

I like his epic beard and his AUG's.

It has some flaws like NPC AI that just stand around and barely react to anything, a horrid lack of ammo even though you're facing soldiers and such and when looting their bodies they have no spare ammo. Oh and the enemies are way overpowering early on in the game.

Oh and likewise, has anyone noticed the Terminator references on Marvel lately. Both Ultimate Spider-man and X-Factor use the qoute "Come with me if you want to live". LOL. They are recycling actual dialogoue now and not even original dialogue. It's from a movie. Speaking of movies, they are now adding teasers for the Ultimates in the back of Fear Itself. Taking up yet even more pages for a completely seperate reality. It seems like they are pushing Ultimate comics down our throats. Between the movies and cartoons having that feel and the subscriptions titles being cancelled to make room. I was extremely irritated when they stopped the Thunderbolts and retained all the Ultimates. Then they cut Venom?? It's like DC being all Green Lantern and Batman Incorporated. They have to be losing sub ...
